All our Care Quality Commission registered services were rated excellent or good.
To expand supported living and outreach services into new geographical areas
We increased the number of people we support in community settings by over 10% in the last year.
We significantly expanded our outreach services in Wales, now delivering support for people in Cardiff, Newport, Monmouth, Torfaen and Caerphilly.
To review and develop our existing children and young people's service in Wales
We supported 46 clients through our young people's service in south Wales.
To develop further our relationship with NDCS (The National Deaf Children's Society)
In Wales we worked closely with NDCS on developing future services for young people, and in shaping new mental health services.
In Scotland we continued our excellent working relationship with NDCS Scotland through joint submissions to consultations, inquiries and bills at the Scottish parliament, and joint meetings with ministers and civil servants.
We delivered more than 16,500 sign language assignments to over 4,000 British Sign Language users
